Anyone can guess what is this? it is going to be my new creation for 2008 
pineapple tarts filling.. this is the first time... i made pineapple tart from scratch.. check out here for more postings... the pineapple filling consists of 5 pineapples and sugars.. and lots of manual frying.. :)
