fringe or not?

my hair is really messy... i think hair is damn impt in the image section!!! considerin to cut a fringe man!! but shld it be the girly type or the mature type man.. how? shld i or not...

i really treasure the things n pple tt i have now... it has been a great experience with u guys... prob things will not be the same in the near future.. but i believe tt we can all survive any challenges given to us.. will treasure the time we have now... and look for the best in the future.. :) let's support and stand by each other.. jia yo!!! you are a great partner, fren and soul mate.. i thank god for sendin you to me.. :) let's work hard together too..
