is service in Singapore getting worse or my expectations increasing? R we too used to just payin the 10% service charge and not expect anything? i am not tryin to be critical or stingy but i think there is indeed alot of room to grow especially in the service sector. maybe Singapore shld consider either paying the service staff really well and thus their staff will be happy and thus take pride in their job... eg pple in Japan or even Thailand!!! Or we shld really adopt the tipping system. this will make the service staff more enthusatic in their jobs and earn the respect of the consumers.. I seriously think that the Singapore Service Industry should really change. I am someone if u treat me nice and with respect.. i will compliment you... but it is damn tough to find such serice staff now.. everyone takes 10% for granted.
Ok i noe i sound really horrible.. esp when i am tellin everyone that i want to enter this line.. u guys r going to tell me i am sure nt able to take all the shit from my future customers... but i am faith in wat i am going to do.. if i believe in it.. i am sure that i will excel in it.. i will definietly have lots of pride in watever i am going to do in future..
