oooo ice-cream

my goodness!! i ate sooo much ice-cream and chocolate this week.. but they r the happy food tt keep me happy!! i can feel the fat swimming ard on my butt!! how how.. need to work out already.. i think i shld not just cont to be so sad.. try to finish 1 thing at a time.. work is endless. but i shld aim to live a life. and not just work like a zombie. i shld start afresh and cont to work!! must jia yo!!! thanks stef for being there for me when i really needed someone to chill out!!! i enjoyed tues dinner and ben and jerry ice-cream. and today's sushi and anderson ice-cream.

hmm we spoke abt an interesting topic. we were sayin tt how gals turn les.. cos we so understand each other!!! i was tellin her tt i hope to be a guy.. cos i think i wld noe how to charm gals but she told me tt cos i am a gal so i noe how to!!! hehe but i think it wld be interesting to be a guy.. den i was tellin her tt i think tt it is quite easy to charm a guy. she told me it is easy to charm mature guys.. hmm well i guess shld be more of guys who can play along.. it is a skill i think ... hehe...i think this is really interesting..

eyes sore... headache

have been cryin for the past few days.. just feel so tired, drained and..... there r so much to do.. to think .. sometimes i start to ponder if i am really cut up for all these.. y do i feel so tired.. it it cos i take things too hard.. or do i want to please everyone too much till i forget abt myself.. how i wish i cld hide into sth really small and be away from this world for a while. just have a moment for myself. really feel like puttin everything down and escape into my own world for a while.. just a while..

Snif Snif

wow.. it has been a while since i blog. have been really drained for the past few weeks. now tt i am sick, tt is when i find time to sit down and blog.. lol.. hmm my honours project is going out i guess. i am takin it slightly easier as compared to the start. BUT tt does not mean tt i am slacking!! just not so stress out. hmmm but the other mod r drivin me mad!! think i shld work harder for the other mod. the past week have been rather lethagic but still fun. i love sittin outside the lab area to have lunch with my frens. it is a nice da bao feeling.. away from the crowd in the canteen. at least we can laugh and talk normally. in the canteen sometimes it is tough to hear each other.. i never had so much fun in my uni life till yr 4 when i met this bunch of crazy gals n guys.. goodness.. really treasure u guys.. everyone must jia yo.. i noe many of ya r at the saturation point.. but go on and push on.. cos u r not the only one.. i will be there with ya!!! jia yo peeps!!!

The Roles have changed

Went out with stef today and my honours classmates yesterday.. sth interesting tt we spoke abt was gender roles. we were sayin that we think that the roles have changed.. the gals r being more garang, more decisive whereas the guys r the opp.. my goodness.. some guys r hopin tt they will find a gal tt will take care of him and not the other way round where it used to be the man who brings the bread and butter and wear the pants. Another issue.. r our singaporean guys really not gentlemanly or they r just bo chap!! it is interesting to noe tt in the states

1) the guy must always finish the food faster than the gal or he cannot finish eating his food if he gal has finished hers ( no wonder the guys r quiet when they eat!! no time need to race against the gals, otherwise no food!!)

2) a guy shld never sit down till the gal does..

wow. do our guys do tt? maybe some.. but wat happened? actually i dun really blame them.. maybe it is how the society tt shaped them to be like tt? from young, pampering from their mums? when the grow old, woman shld be treated equally since we also have equal education.. haha.. BUT I MUST SAY STH!!!!! no matter how close a guy and gal is!!! the guy shld really learn to treat a gal a gal and not his guy buddy.. tt is the least u can do.. we dun expect u guys to open car doors for us lah.. but ya treat us as a gal.. need tips? haha leave a tag... see if i can go and fish out how a gentlemanly guy behaves.. hehe

Had lots of fun.. played volleyball today though i was really lousy at it.. got to noe the real way to start a ball!!! thanks gals for teaching me. next time if got chance shall try touch rugby. hehe.. den we went to holland V in our stinko clothes. to eat dinner and drink!! goodnesss.. we were smellyl ah.. but heck.. hehe.. the guys bathed though.. hehe.. We even celebrated Carmen's bday!!! haha.. so cool!! i only knew her for like 3 hrs n we were celebrating her bday. the cake was really good!!!!

I am sure lookin forward to more of such stuff!!! eg: celebrating each other's bady.. going to club? sing K? ooooo fun fun... it wld be a good break from work!!!

Long Waited Break!!

went to sing K with pat today.. it was lots of fun my goodness.. today's singing was so much better than last sat. she was sayin that i suit only sweet songs, cannot sing sad and slow songs. i dun have the feelings for it. alamak.. like tt how? Choose wat songs to sing? haha recorded and listened to my singing. sound damn childish leh.. den my sis was sayin tt i only suit stella's song.. goodness the typical cresentian.. die lah!! shld i join jue dui superstar? but i feel so stressed and streched.. so much things to complete. feel like dropping my tuition too.. though my kid is improving.. tt is comforting.. hehe.. need to get back to the piles of work.. :( but must jia yo!!! but at the back of my head, i am thinkin of wat songs to sing...

Cryin is the best medicine for me..

was at lab from 9 am till 9pm today.. goodness.. 12 hr in lab.. i am really starting the 12hrs 7 day week soon ... lab was really tiring today, did 12 plates of TLC till i start to see stars.. zzzz it has been an emotional week for many of us in the lab.. 3 pple cried. till todate.. ME!!! almost too!!!! was controllin my tears.. think they will fall real soon.. i guess honours is really different... OH SOrry JY>>> i din mean to ignore ya.. but it was really a super bad time.. ya i noe no excuses... shake hand and back in harmony okies.. :P

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JACE!!!

just got back from jace's birthday party.. it was quite a good one!!! the food was great(there was salmon, fresh prawns!! yum yum.. one of the best i had), and most of the YEP pple were there.. it was def a big gathering!! wanted to dance salsa but did not.. hehe.. but the company and catching up with everyone was great!!.

had a really super busy week!! was so packed doing my proposal!! my goodnesss!! never in my life stayed till 4 am to do work lor.. WDT!!! well though tired but i am happy.. tt is wat matters..

went to ai qing hai on fri, it was a little pricy and a little low on my expectations.. but it can be a good place to chill out.. things to improve on, younger singers to attract younger crowd, better chairs and prob tibits. hehe!! how i wish i can sing there one day.. hehe

my goodnesss went to sing with stef today!!! wah it was the worst K session we both had.. we were so tired tt we wanted to stop after 1 hr goodnesss.. like tt how to train our vocals.. bad bad.. need a good rest and another K session soon.. hehe...

my goodness it is already 12.54am!!! have been up the past few days doing my proposal. it is really driving me NUTS!!! feelin a little drained.. was looking thr my proposal. my goodnesss there is like 101 thingsi need to do. no wonder our seniors have been asking us to start early. my goodness. i think my stuff is quite a bit.. haiz.. gettin a little worried already.. i think the only happening thing tt i look forward to is jace's bday.. i bet it will be fun.. haha and there is lots of catching up to do!!! :P Paiseh to all my frens. have been ignoring alot of ya and tellin ya tt i am super busy.. but i really am.. will try to catch up with ya guys soon. :P!!

shopping shopping and more shopping!!!

oooooo i am so gulity!! argh... pulled myself out of bed this morning at 9am to study lanthanids!!! cos... i met up with des ah gong to go shopping the whole afternoon!!!..well as usual he was late late.... he promised to treat me for lunch if he was late.. and we went ot V8 to eat.. hehe.. he had lamb chop and i had the chicken baked rice.. din really like the baked rice though. it was chicken rice. found the baked rice a little oily.. din finish it.. and as usual he finished my food.. he really a glutton leh!!! well but i dun care.. ahha since it was his treat man!!

den we went to sim lim sq to check out his cam.. he want to get a super ex cam lah.. cost like 1000 plus!!!!! my goodnesss.. so ex .. i dun get wat is the fuss with it. and he tells me tt it is a guy thing!!!! well he was hinting tt i shld get him one my goodness tt is probably my take home pay in future lah.... crap. den we decided to head to PS to check out sth too.. walked there!!! luckily i wore my shoes and not slip ons.. hehe.. came prepared. but we went back to sim lim sq after PS as we tt tt sim lim sq offered a better price... BUT BUT!!! it was out of stock!! goodnesss!!!!! well.. we decided to go to suntec since i need to repair my NOKIA 6111 goodnesss it is liek only 6mths old and it is not functionin well sob sob... on our way there we had ice-cream this time my treat hehe.. as usual we walked there!!!

we shopped at suntec, marina and finally raffles city.. haha it is fun shoppin with des ah gong.. cos he quite street smart.. though sometimes got gold fish memory lah.. hehe.. we chatted abt so many things abt his life and wat he wants.. hehe.. nice feeling.. though ah gong u must learn to be more caring hehehe.. take care of ya heel.. not young liao.. hehe

Jogging was SHiok!!! and Wala Wala too!!

went to jog ard sch yesterday with xp and hf.. it was fun!! we ran ard SDE from the stadium. there was a up slope from the arts to central library.. goodnesss!!! tt was horrible.. only manage to do 1 run but they did 2.. kudos to them man!! but i must aim!! soon gals give me somemore time.. i can make it one!! i want to train up!! but for now.. must heal those aches.. lol...

last night i think i was mad!! suddenly feel like drinking! goondess wat has come to me!!!! went to wala wala with xp, jy and hf.. goodnesss lah!!! there was a band playing though.. nice environment.. non-smoky..haha sth intersting happen!! when i went up to the waiter and asked him if there was a band playin..he told me tt the place was closed.. goodness and i actually believe him when there were pple drinking!!! think i was too shag or maybe too naive.. diaoz right!! well if tt was a pick up line.. it is sure a bad one!! lol.. maybe all the guys out there shld check try this... is SUBway the train a male of female? will post the ans in a few days time..

i think r/s r really tiring... my gal frens still r the best pple ard. in this world.. at least they treasure and be there when i need them and esp an listening ear.. but of course.. i can ur listening ear too when ya need okies!!!! :P thanks for everything gals... really appreciate it.. guys.. note this... I AM JUST TOO NICE!!

sometimes i think i am being too nice.. and thus not interesting.. OR too nice till i get taken for granted.. really sick and tired of all these crap!!! BUT IT IS JUST ME!!! i think ir eally need to noe how to stand up for myself!!! totalyl hate it.. when i just give in to others.. really sick of it.. but i just can't!! wat's wrong with me!!!!! i am totally insane!!!! prob stressed out with every thing...

feelin tired now..just got back from fireworks display!!! it was superb!!! goodness.. hope to go to the fri and sat.. must jio pple to go!!!

i dun get it how some guys can break off with someone else and the next moment chase another person!!! tt is totally INSANE LAH!!! dun they have feelings!!!! dun they need to re-gather their tts and goals and not repeat the same mistakes the next time.. i realised tt i dun understand guys at all.

there r so many things i wish i can share BUT!!!!!! it is just too tough i am too confused and tired of it... i am sick of being alot of roles in life.. really want to stop it... i may look strong outside. but NO NO i am not... haiz.. really need an listening ear... :(

The Beginning to a New Start...

Went to sch today.. after a long 3 mth break. actually din really take a good break as i was working in sch.. in the lab. but i must say that this is one of the happiest period in my life, though busy but i made alot of good frens.. tt i never had b4. heh. we went for lunch today at holland V crystal jade. tml we are lunching together too!! it is a nice feeling.

i feel that it is def a good start for me since certain things in life has come to a clean break. i def feel lighter and happier i guess. i am glad and can really concentrate on my project. this is nice.. i think i am a changed person now too.. with the new hair and attitude.. :P i must work hard in this yr, though i think it is gonna be really really tough...but i must jia yo!!!!

Am i being too nice at times? sometimes i really dunno how to reject pple.. today we were talkin abt treating someone nice which i shld not.. but i dunno i feel obliged to. it is my nature i guess!! is tt bad? i try not to be a pushover.. but i will never noe how to stand up for myself.. is tt bad too? yeahi guess so.. haiz.. but tt is me i guesss.i want to treat pple nice and make them happy.. if they r!!! i am too.

Went to dance salsa.. it has been a while since i really dance salsa... it was totally enjoyable tonight... my guys frens kept spinning me... i was super giddy.. hehe.. a guy came up to ask me if i was from TP and asked me for a dance.. goodness.. he was dancing weird moves..FROm JJ.. hhmmmm we really super no chemistry.. hehe.. we only dance 1 song though he was like we could dance 3 songs.. hehe... cmi lah..... was dancing with ed... we did shinning today.. also dunno y i really dared to show my moves today.. hehe luckily the guys did not see.. hehe.. so paiseh... dare not really to perform in front of pple i am too close to. hehe but i must learn all the shines.. and dance.. i think it will be super sexy and nice hehe....

Singapore Idol Really ROCKS MAN!!!

MAN i am been leading a really happening life recently..... WOWH!!!!! went to watch SI live today cos got tics via JT who happens to be related to paul twohill!!! my goodness!!! the place really rocks... everyone was screaming and shouting.. my throat hurts quite a bit now though!!! the life singning was really much better.. and Jonathan LEONG really is charming.. he has the deep and sexy voice.. wooooo!!!!! really sweep me off my feet.. my goodnesss Hardy was really cool too... suave and groovy.... hehe.. Jay was really funny when he raps.. my goodnesss.. it was def an experience... it made me want to join all these for the fun!! my goodness.. maybe i shld really shed some wt and consider the chi one!!!!! hehe.

yesterday went back to lab to clear up the place.. my goodness so many rbfs.. learnt how to used to the base bath. it smelt like chicken essence. maybe i was really hungry den... BUTT!!!!!!!!! the highlight was the day was when i went to listen to louis saliano's band played jazz at RItz... really like the place.. it was really super duper relaxing... i am begainnin to like this type of life already... hmmm it turns out tt louis saliano is paul twohill's uncle.. my goodnesss lah.. the world is really small... hahah.. den stef drove to geylang and we had beef horfun and you tiao and dao hua...the beef hor fun was... wowo.... the best food i ever met.. beef super tender tt melts in ur mouth!!! the hor fun was fried till it was really fragrant..

i guesss i am back in action alread.y.. was quite down a few days ago.. but i am glad to have frens who stayed with me... thanks... gals... it was sweet of u gals...

feeling really heavy

somtimes i think i think too much... always think of things tt may not or WILL NOT HAPPEN.. always hoping for sth but in the end things dun turn out the way i want.. Being Superficial

last night had so much fun.. where was i in the past few years man!!! went to listen jazz with stef at regent hotel. it was ok!! prob not really my type of jazz.. den we went to have supper.. wanted to just settle for the place we went to have the peanut butter toast, but i felt like having ore lua.. suggest cine... but i changed my mind, wanted a burger. stef suggested kallang Macs cos it was a 24hr chain. den i was like since we in the east y not geylang beef horfan. went there and circled a few rounds but cld not get a parking slot so we headed for kallang mac. on our way there, i felt like eating at cine, but we were near Kallang macs already so we settled for there... my goodness!!! i am soooo fickled minded... argh.. can't stand myself at times too!!!

Went to rebond my hair just now, I sat there from 1130 to 430!!! my goodness!!! it was super long.. my butt was really aching from too much sitting down.. lol.. dun really like my hair for now.. it is quite short and stink of the rebond cream. i miss my long and flowy though quite messy hair.. sometimes i wonder why do i go and rebond? can't i just leave it the way it is!!! do i need to change myself to fit in the crowd? The NORM? but if i dun do tt, will i be abnormal? WHAT IS EXACTLy the norm and wat is not? it is all very subjective. R pple really gettin tt superficial? y r pple going for plastic surgery? is tt the norm now and acceptable? The long and flowly hair tt many artist have is what everyone one desires? sometimes i feel that this world is just full of lies and bluffs.... an image is no other than a mask one give oneself.. it is just so tough to find the real person behind tt mask at times too...

went shopping today... bought 2 tops and heel... wow..it never felt sooooo goood!!!!! must shop more..... last night went for supper with stef!!! it was good.. esp the peanut butter toast with condensed milk... mmmmmmmmmm the taste is still in my mouth!!she drove!!! my goodnesss.. i want to drive soon too!!! before tt audrey, hf, me and ben went to the airport to sent the PHD students off to spain.. we had poppye chicken... it was ok only i feel... it is crisper than the KFC one though.. hehe.. den we were crapping too!!! i was a total fashion disaster last night man... the clothes all super dun match!!! my goodnesss..... pls forget wat u have seen pple!!!!... :P oh we got ben a shirt too.. a while top.. audrey chose it.. not bad quite smart lookin alittle mature though i tt... ben hope ya like it man!!!

tml, i am going back to the lab to run stuff haiz........ noone will be there with me.. it will not be the 6 pple full in force already.. :....( hope things will turn out fine.. must jia yo jia yo!!!!!
